How your design is protected
When a piece is sold, its seed and certificate record are written to Amazon DynamoDB — a managed NoSQL database with 99.999% availability and automatic multi-region replication. The gallery itself is served via Amazon CloudFront with 99.99% SLA, distributed across 450+ edge locations worldwide. Amazon S3 stores the underlying records with eleven nines of durability — statistically, if you stored 10 million objects, you would expect to lose one every 10,000 years.
This is not a small studio running a server under a desk. A piece's seed record will outlast the device it was generated on. The certificate you receive with your purchase is the human-readable version of a record that will exist in multiple AWS data centres simultaneously, for as long as the internet exists in its current form.
