These Terms of Service govern your use of szumski.art and all services offered by Tomasz Szumski Consulting ("Szumski Art", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Szumski Art is an online gallery presenting original generative sacred geometry artworks — Edition 1/1 pieces created and curated by our team using our own Tradition Engine. We also provide a free interactive tool where visitors can explore each tradition's mathematics for themselves.
Each tradition page includes sliders that let you explore variations of that tradition's mathematics in real time. If you download the resulting image:
Works shown in our Curated Works gallery are Edition 1/1 — each piece is unique and, once sold, is marked as such and cannot be resold through us again. Enquiries about purchasing a piece are handled individually via our contact form; specific sale terms are provided at that time.
By joining our mailing list you consent to receiving occasional emails about new work, events, and editions. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
All original artworks, formulas, text, and visual identity on szumski.art are the property of Tomasz Szumski Consulting. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Where works are offered for sale or commission, specific terms will be provided at the time of enquiry. All sales are final unless the work arrives damaged, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Szumski Art provides this site and its tools in good faith. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including the generative art tool, beyond the amount paid (if any) for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
